Ranks the best risk-to-reward opportunity in a mechanical fashion. Reward is defined as the distance from current price to the 10-day high.

Sequence of events
  1. Layout calculates R:R (reward-to-risk) for each symbol.
  2. Sort by R:R column to find the highest-ranked opportunity.
  3. The symbol at the top has the best mechanical reward-to-risk setup.
